Embodied Birth Prep:

This isn’t just another birth class.
It’s a space to reconnect with your body’s wisdom, prepare with intention, and reclaim the sacred threshold of birth as a rite of passage.
In this two-week live intensive, you’ll be held in community while learning practical tools, pelvic embodiment, and nervous system care to guide you through labor, delivery and into the next version of you.
